Individual telehealth therapy in the greater Seattle area and throughout Washington State
Individual Therapy (53 minutes)
Individual therapy offers a dedicated space for you to slow down, tune in, and get support to work through what has been feeling heavy or overwhelming. We will explore the roots of the issues, process emotions, and incorporate tools and strategies to improve coping skills and increase self-compassion.
I accept you just as you are, and welcome all parts of you in session. I will provide a warm, safe, and compassionate space where you can feel comfortable to bring it all, and together we will turn toward what is hurting to facilitate healing and change.
In our work together I will integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities depending on the presenting issues and what feels most natural and resonant for you. It is always a collaboration, and I honor you as the expert on yourself.

I often work with individuals who are navigating:
Major life transitions
Perinatal / postpartum adjustment
Parenting
Fertility challenges
Grief and loss
Anxiety and overwhelm
Depression
People-pleasing and perfectionism
Relational difficulties
Work / life balance and career stress
Perinatal / Postpartum Therapy
I offer specialized support for those navigating the many challenges that come up during the perinatal time period. “Perinatal” encompasses the entire reproductive experience, including trying to conceive (TTC), pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, and loss. This time in our life feels hard, because it IS hard. You don’t have to hold it alone.
Together we will explore what feels most overwhelming and challenging, process emotions about your experience, and introduce strategies and tools for grounding and practicing self-compassion as you find your footing. With help, you can feel better and more confident as you navigate the big unknowns of this life chapter.

Therapy for Grief + Loss
I offer compassionate support for those navigating grief and processing a loss in their life. You may be grieving the death of someone important to you, an ending of some sort (a relationship, a career, a life chapter), or the loss of a future you had imagined. You may be grieving old wounds from your childhood, or processing a new hurt.
If you find yourself at the bottom of the dark pit of grief, I am not going to pull you out. Instead, I will climb in with you. I will sit with you, witness you, hear you, and support you. Together we will work on supporting you in growing around your grief, and increasing your capacity to carry it out in the world.

Grief work can take many forms, and is not confined to death-related grief. I often work with folks on issues of grief such as: Loss of a family member or loved one
Loss of a relationship
Life transitions and endings
Attachment wounds
Differing reality versus expectation
Loneliness and isolation
“I’d stand in the shadows of your heart and tell you: I’m not afraid of your dark.”

This call is a good opportunity to see if things naturally click. I’ll ask you some questions about what is bringing you to therapy, and you can ask me anything you’d like about working together. We will determine if it feels like a good mutual fit, and if so we will schedule our first session at the end of the call.
-
Our first session together is an intake session. You’ll fill out some paperwork ahead of time, but otherwise do not need to prepare. I’ll ask you questions about what has been feeling challenging, your mental health and family history, relational history, etc. We will discuss goals and a plan for our work together.
